I can close everything running on the computer and it will still be there. I am an IT person, though I shouldn't admit it right now, because I am feeling dumb when it comes to this issue. Brand new Dell as well. The same thing happened to me last Wednesday and Thursday, I got an instructional audio clip about bike tires and a couple other random ones that night and they day after.
