Yes, I will try your dozen other suggestions, but if I still get no result, I'm either re-imaging my harddrive, or just upgrading and starting again. Download FixTDSS. I've had the Google redirect virus lately as well, however, mine is on mozilla firefox. It says that he site is either unavailable or cannot be found, please try again later. Everythings back to normal now so I think I'm ready to run one more overnight malware scan (for peace of mind) so I can make another good Windows restore point.
