I don't have a new laptop, but it was working very well even with the new Win 10 (I had Win 7 before), up until that specific update some weeks ago. I checked those settings again and the manual thing was unchecked and it automatically assigned higher ram. My video card is not compatible with Windows 10, but I have a driver that solved my immediate issue (video display not filling the monitor) to a usable standard. The overheating problem you can, as far as i know, do 3 things to prevent. There are many backup programs available that you setup once by inputting all folders you want to backup and when that's done, all that rests is clicking that shortcut once a This is likely why the laptop doesn't have issues.. I run tons of Corel programs, and find myself waiting at least 30 seconds every time I search for a file for it to even pull up anything… Oho November 9, So simple and so effective!
