I dont use it personally but it seems super slow, it wants to "fix" the issue by selling anti virus software, etc. I think it would help if you get programs like PROCESS EXPLORER, WHAT'S MY COMPUTER DOING?, and WHAT'S RUNNING (just Google names to find them). The biggest problem I have been having is that when I click a link that brings up a new window or command box, a lot of times I cannot click any I will give you some advice about prevention after the cleanup process. Please refrain from running tools or applying updates other than those I suggest. you could try disabling add-ons for ie8 for the min and toolbars .
