So I went in and reconnected it and tried booting from that drive and it booted just fine. Ok, so normally I can fix most any bug on my computer, and it's not a big deal for me.... Thanks for completely missing the point of the post. Hopefully the instructions are able to help you disable this on your system. the pc is still booting with the C:drive.
This is the second time that this happened to me. So I bought a key and upgraded to windows 10.
