Windows 10 Start Menu Not Showing All Programs

There's no such thing as a "partial format". I has the same problem upgrading Vista SP2 to Win 7 RC. i am facing a problem ...when i open uninstall program ,,so there should be appere all program but my laptop showing only 8 program.....what should i do??? What a lame bug.
