For some users, the problem is so bad that it makes the Start menu difficult to use at the best of times. The time now is 12:53 AM. Make sure none of your desktop icons have a missing icon picture, this was the issue for my user and once I replaced the icon it worked like it should. or read our Welcome Guide to learn how to use this site.
